Connection and stacking mechanism
When stacking, the lock of the lower shelf passes through the upper connection port and rotates 90 degrees, so that the lock column is embedded in the annular groove to complete the locking. This design ensures that the load-bearing capacity of each shelf is evenly distributed. The nested structure of the pillars and pallets allows two working states: when unfolded, the pillars vertically connect the upper and lower pallets to form a storage space; when stored, the pillars are completely embedded in the groove to achieve zero-gap stacking between pallet layers
Mobile and fixed design
A removable base is installed at the bottom of the shelf, which is adapted to forklift forks of different specifications through standardized screw holes. The base is connected to the ground with screws with anti-loosening structure, which ensures stability and facilitates disassembly and transfer. The transfer box-type shelf is equipped with mesh holes in the non-load-bearing area, and the ventilation area accounts for more than 40%, which is suitable for the storage of goods that require air circulation.
