Introduction Of Steel Pallet

Steel pallets, also known as metal pallets or iron pallets, are storage and transportation equipment made of steel or galvanized steel plates. They are mainly formed by profile support, riveting and CO₂ gas shielded welding. Its design includes anti-slip treatment and edging structure. It is used with forklifts, shelves and automation systems. It is suitable for cargo containerization, stacking and turnover. It has the advantages of strong load-bearing capacity (dynamic load up to 2000kg, static load 3000kg), 100% recyclability, no need for fumigation treatment, etc., and complies with international environmental regulations.
Early pallets were mostly made of wood, which was low-cost but required fumigation treatment; the load-bearing capacity of plastic pallets has gradually increased, but the wear resistance is limited. Steel pallets have gradually replaced traditional pallets in industrial storage and logistics transportation because of their high load-bearing, moisture-proof and rust-proof and adaptable to automation systems. Structurally, they are divided into flat pallets, box pallets and other types. The four-way fork design optimizes space utilization and automation compatibility.
