Always follow the rated load capacity. Overloading or exceeding the specified height or width limits is strictly prohibited.
Load heavier items on lower levels and lighter items above. This helps maintain a low center of gravity and reduces the risk of tipping.
Operate forklifts at low speed in racking areas to avoid collisions with uprights and beams.
Install upright column protectors to minimize damage caused by forklift impacts.
Carry out regular inspections of beam locks, bolts, and uprights to ensure they remain secure and free from deformation.
Install guardrails and warning signs at aisles and corners to prevent accidental collisions.
Store goods neatly and securely, ensuring they do not extend beyond the edges of the rack.
Do not climb or stand on rack beams under any circumstances.
Immediately stop using any damaged or deformed racks, arrange for repairs, and keep proper maintenance records.
Implement a routine inspection and maintenance program to extend the service life of the racking system and ensure warehouse safety.
