Storage Shelves Are Shaped According To The Process

Mold racks
Mold racks are also called drawer racks or mold racks. They are mainly used to store various mold items. They are divided into light mold racks and heavy mold racks according to the layer load capacity requirements. A mobile hoist can be configured on the top of the rack to facilitate the lifting of the mold.
Beam racks
Beam racks are safe and convenient, suitable for various warehouses, and can directly store and retrieve goods. They are the simplest and most widely used racks. They can make full use of space. They use convenient pallet storage and retrieval methods, effectively cooperate with forklift loading and unloading, and greatly improve work efficiency. Mechanical equipment requirements: counter-balanced forklifts or stackers. Stackers can increase the utilization rate of ground space by 30%, and the operating height can reach more than 16 meters; Features of beam racks: smooth inventory turnover. They can provide 100% picking capacity. Improve the average pickup rate. Provide high-quality product protection. Because beam racks are suitable for the storage of goods with many varieties and large batches, in order to facilitate storage and retrieval, more lanes will be designed, so the ground utilization rate is relatively low.
Corridor racks
Corridor racks are also called through racks and drive-in racks. Designed for storing large quantities of similar pallet goods. Pallets are stored one by one on the support rails in the depth direction, which increases the storage density and improves the space utilization. This type of shelf is usually used in places where storage space is expensive, such as cold storage warehouses. The corridor-type shelf has 4 basic components: frame, rail support, pallet rails and diagonal rods. This type of shelf has a high warehouse utilization rate and can achieve first-in-first-out or first-in-last-out. It is suitable for storing large quantities of goods with a small variety and batch operations. It can provide the largest storage capacity in the smallest space. It is suitable for large-volume and small-variety cargo storage operations. Forklifts can directly drive into the cargo aisle to store and retrieve goods, which is extremely convenient. Mechanical equipment requirements: Features of counter-balanced forklift or stacker shelves. Suitable for storage with low inventory flow; can provide 20%-30% optionality; used in warehouses with low pickup rates. Ground utilization rate: 60%, relatively high (need to be calculated according to the above design)
Gravity rack
Gravity rack does not require an operating channel compared to ordinary pallet racks, so it increases space utilization by 60%; pallet operation follows the first-in-first-out principle; automatic storage rotation; the separation of storage and picking greatly increases the output. Since the goods slide due to gravity and there is no operating channel, the number of transportation routes and forklifts is reduced. On the channels of each layer of the shelf, a guide rail with a certain slope and a track is installed. Under the action of gravity, the unit goods entering the warehouse flow from the entry end to the exit end. Such a warehouse has no operating channel between rows, which greatly improves the utilization rate of the warehouse area. However, when using it, it is best that the goods on the same row and the same layer should be the same goods or goods entering and leaving the warehouse at the same time. The layer height is adjustable, and it is equipped with various types of forklifts or stackers to realize the quick storage and retrieval of various pallets. The maximum load of the unit cargo grid can reach 5000kg, which is the most commonly used storage method in all walks of life.
