Structural Features Of Stacking Shelves

Stackable shelves are a type of storage equipment that uses a modular structure to achieve vertical space utilization. Its core feature is the frame-type body design consisting of horizontal and vertical connecting rods and side columns. The shelf can be stacked in multiple layers through locking guide columns and a lock body with an annular groove [1]. At the same time, the bottom pallet can be fully fitted and stored through foldable pillars. Its mesh pallet structure and detachable base can not only meet ventilation requirements, but also adapt to forklift handling and ground fixing scenarios [1-2]. It is suitable for industrial equipment storage, fresh goods stacking and other fields.
Structural design features
The shelf body is composed of four side columns connected by horizontal and vertical connecting rods. The height of the vertical connecting rod is significantly higher than that of the horizontal connecting rod, forming a three-dimensional space for layered equipment placement. The side column adopts a hollow square tube structure, with a connection port with a limit stopper at the upper end and a locking column mechanism with a spring at the lower end.
The transfer box type shelf includes a pallet and a pillar assembly. A rectangular groove with a depth that can fully accommodate the pillar is opened on the surface of the pallet. The two ends of the pillar are connected to the upper and lower pallets through a rotating shaft. The edge of the pallet is equipped with a hand-pull opening, and the surrounding chamfers are treated to reduce the risk of collision during transportation.
